What can I expect from the Snow Carnival exhibit?
Experience the enchantment of Miami's Snow Carnival with over 350 tons of real snow, festive attractions, and holiday-themed fun. Explore snowy pathways, meet joyful characters, and capture memories in a winter wonderland setting!
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at Aventura Mall, 19501 Biscayne Blvd, Aventura, FL 33180, in the Northwest parking lot by JC Penny & CitiBank.
What are the hours of operation?
The exhibition open hours are:
Monday to Thursday from 12:00pm to 10:00pm (last entry at 09:00pm)
Friday to Sunday from 10:00am to 10:00pm (last entry at 09:00pm)
Closed on Monday, November 27 and Monday, December 4
How long does the experience last?
Please allow at least one (1) hour to fully enjoy and experience all exhibit spaces.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in an indoor venue.
Is the snow at Snow Carnival real snow?
Snow play areas and snow slide will consist of real snow.
Is it COVID secure and safe? / Do I need to wear a mask?
Yes. Masks are recommended, but not required within the experience.
Is it going to be cold inside?
Please expect room temperature between 65-75 degrees. On the snow sections temperature will be between 50-60 degrees. We recommend dressing with long-sleeves, hoodies, shorts, sleeve shirts, sweater, pants. Chiller sessions will be in the afternoon.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
Is Snow Carnival wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Snow Carnival is designed to accommodate a standardized wheelchair.
Will there be strobe lights?
No.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, a selection of holiday-themed bites and beverages will be available for purchase.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos are permitted;however, flash photography is prohibited. When taking photos, please be considerate of other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, restrooms are available on-site.
What happens if I lose something?
We are not responsible for unattended items, so please do your best to keep track of your personal belongings.
Are there any ride limitations?
We suggest not to go to any rides for expectant mothers or guests with heart conditions, dizziness or similar conditions.
Access
Do you accept cash?
We accept Credit/debit cards or Apple Pay. We are a cashless event.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket. We can accommodate guests up until 10 minutes past the time stated on your ticket.
What happens if I arrive late?
We do our best to accommodate latecomers, but cannot guarantee it. Under specific circumstances (e.g., extreme weather conditions) and depending on availability, we may be able to offer a reschedule to another date.
Can I bring animals?
Only service animals are permitted.
Are service dogs allowed?
Guests with disabilities who require the assistance of a Service Animal must be granted access to all areas of the facility where the public is normally allowed to go. This includes guestrooms, public areas of food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces and other public areas.
Is there an age requirement?
This event is for all ages.
Is there parking available?
Yes. With the exception of valet service, all parking at Aventura Mall is free. Parking is available throughout the property including surface parking areas and parking garages located near Nordstrom, Bloomingdale’s, Macy’s and JCPenney.
What if the weather is bad?
The exhibition is indoors and will be open regardless of weather conditions.
What are the permitted/prohibited items at the experience?
- No bags (backpacks, large bags, suitcases, luggage) larger than 12′′ x
12′′.
- No weapons (such as guns, knives or clubs), pepper spray, mace,
flares or fireworks.
- No lighters including but not limited to butane,
lighter fluid, electric or any other flammableliquids.
- No patrons without
shoes or shirts, or wearing masks, face paint, or costumes.
- No outside
food or beverage items will be permitted.
- No illegal drugs/substances
including all forms of marijuana.
- No glass, metal or plastic containers
of any kind.
- No coolers, ice Chests, seat cushions, pointed tip
umbrellas.
What happens if I bring a banned item?
Banned items will not be allowed into the attraction for any reason, and you will be required to leave the attraction to discard banned items before being allowed to enter the attraction. Please leave your items at home, in your car or with someone not entering the event.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.
Does there need to be one adult per child for supervision?
Guests under 16 years of age require a parent or legal guardian to be present at all times. A ratio of 1 adult to every 4 children is requested.
Tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
We highly recommend purchasing tickets ahead of time as we may be sold out.
Where can I get tickets?
Official tickets for this experience can only be purchased on Fever.Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact Fever Customer service
contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our
T&Cs.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please
contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I organize a private or corporate event?
MISCELLANEOUS
Can I bring outside plastic water bottles or hydro flask to the Venue?
Guests are permitted to bring in one (1) sealed water bottle per Guest. Hydro flasks can enter the Venue; however, they must be empty prior to bag check/security screening.
If I bring food/drinks/etc. from outside is it permitted in the Venue?
No, outside food and beverage will not be permitted in the Venue. Guests should consume these items before entering, return them to their vehicle, or dispose of them.
Are large back packs/purses permitted in the Venue?
Bags,purses,backpacks smaller than 12” x 12” will be permitted into the Venue. Please note that all personal items may need to be opened and possibly emptied for proper security screening.. This includes all pockets being opened, all wallets and/or compartments opened.
Are diaper bags allowed? Is baby food/bottles of milk allowed? Is water for formula approved?
Diaper bags smaller than 10” x 10” will be permitted into the Venue. All personal items may need to be opened and possibly emptied for proper security screening.. This includes all pockets,, compartments,, and containers.. Water, formula, milk and other baby essentials are allowed in the venue.
Are snacks for children permitted?
Large quantities,such as snack packs of chips, multiple zip-lock baggies, or large bags of snacks, and multiple quantities of water/juices are not permitted. Small snack-sized items are permitted for children 10 and under who have dietary restrictions. Snacks are to only be provided to the individual in need. For all other guests, we offer a full menu of food and nonalcoholic beverages to accommodate various dietary needs.
